Our Contingency Search is a service
where-as the client is looking for a full time employee and has the advantage of no costs incurred until we have filled the
position. Our group of highly skilled Recruiters will continually search and
provide candidates until the job search is filled or has been closed. This is a very popular type of search for companies
that have a difficult time locating qualified candidates or are looking to supplement their internal recruiting efforts. The fee to the client is based on a percentage of the annual salary of the candidate.

We will only assign these searches to our most senior consultants that have the experience and expertise at placing top executives

On-site is also available at a client’s location and both are typically billed on an hourly basis.
This service also allows us to selectively consider additional candidates for regionals and upcoming positions
